Our focus goes outside the box and we recognize that the lowest interest rate is not the only variable to be considered when arranging mortgage financing.
Best of all, we are compensated by the lender you choose to deal with, so not only do we save you time and possibly thousands on your mortgage, all of this is at NO COST to you. Circumstances sometimes require specialized or difficult mortgage arrangements and a reasonable fee may be applicable for this on closing. We will, however, discuss any charges before proceeding.
